Can't Afford To Sell Your House?
You need to relocate, behind on payments, lost a job, got negative equity, have credit issues, going through divorce, serious house maintenance issues,

We received a call on the 18th Jan 2007 from Mick who wanted to know if we could buy his house in a hurry as he was'nt having any luck with the agents. I ask what the situation was & why the hurry. Mick then faxed to me a copy of the sheriff's love letter he had received. We enquired as to how his solicitor was handling the situation & was told that our solicitor is not returning our calls.Mick had also enquired of CentreLink as to whether they could receive temporary accomodation come eviction day Tuesday 23rd Jan.for himself, wife & children. He was told that he could not apply to Centre Link to receive temporary accomodation till they were physically out on the street.{This sounded like an appealing option as not only would he be losing his home but all their personal possessions}.After a few more calls on the Friday & Saturday we agreed to drive to central coast to see what we could do about their rather urgent problem on the Sunday 21st. We looked over the property on the Sunday explained how we might be able to help, made Mick & Jen an offer, they counter offered & I agreed so the deal was done in half an hour and all that remained was some quick action on Monday the 22nd to pay off the Mortgagor through their legal representatives & have the barking sheriff called off. We allowed Mick & family to continue in the property till they found alternate accomodation which was about 6 weeks, we paid 3 months in advance rent on their new rental home so they could relocate in a stress free manner. So the wash goes like this;
Mick/Jen & family had a string of bad luck and were looking down the barrell of losing everything, the humiliation, stress & hardship of this scenario is not something you would wish on your worst enermy.
Agents, Solicitor's, Government welfare were either unable to help or couldn't of cared less.
We bought the house in 4 days Mick & Jen received cash which they could use as a deposit on their next home when they get back on their feet We paid 3 months rent in advance along with bond towards their rental house of choice ensuring possession of this rental property.
Mick & Jen did not end up with a bankruptcy on their credit file or humiliation or homelessness.
